Help
Hi all,
I'm currently working on a project where we are going to shoot a few object with a 50 cal. We're gonna have the shooter and several objects being filmmed at 2500 frames per second for a really cool slow motion effect. Unfortunately, I didn't realize California's laws were so restrictive. Being from Tennessee where I own full autos and a 50 cals, I didn't think it would be so difficult to find someone with a rifle here in LA County.
This project will take place around Mid - Late June. I need someone with a 50 cal rifle who can put a 3-6 inch group 50 - 100 yards. (I hear y'all laughing as I typed that) The reason why I'm specifying that is we're going to have an new product that is roughly 7x3 inches we'd like to hit dead center. The other objects we'll have multiple takes but the last one will only have 1 take.
Ideally I'd like to discuss what kind of ammo to use to (grain, tip, etc). This will be a huge publicity stunt if any of you own your own business and want to plug it in the video you're more than welcome. Feel free to contact me if you would be interested.

There are several 50 shooters in SoCal that could probably help you including one of the mods here. I am in NorCal or I would help out. I might suggest that you check out Calguns forums. It is mostly gun people from CA and there is even a group of 50 shooters that get together mouthly in SoCal.
